To remedy America’s decline, President Trump wants to control the platforms, creating the masterpiece of a tyranny without redistribution. Is there a fourth way? The Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judiciary (TEPJF) is pleased to announce the official presentation of the book The Webfare Manifesto: From Data Warfare to Data Welfare, by renowned Italian philosopher Maurizio Ferraris, recognized for his contributions to contemporary philosophy and digital society studies. This publication, published by Materia Oscura in 2025, proposes a revolutionary theory on social justice in the age of digital technologies.
The event will feature the author himself, who will discuss the main topics covered in his work, as well as J.H. Marcelo, who was responsible for the preliminary study, editing, and Spanish translation, whose work has made this important contribution accessible to Spanish-speaking audiences.
